Last I waste.....

You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.” ~Buddha

I'm a bit sad today. Just weird really.
It is that day again. The constant reminder. Or I'm just obsessing over numbers. Doesn't matter, I have a void inside right now. And I was promised support amongst other things as late as yesterday but instead I got the roit act. Like I needed that today.
Thanks heaps...
This is a common misconception. Saying, “I’m sorry,” and expecting everything to fade away and be sunshine and roses, is ridiculous. So people...don't. Don't say sorry like you are in the clear and it makes what you've said and done fine. Because IT DOESN'T.
I decided after having talked the other day to a person that matters a lot in my life, that I need to start looking out for number 1. And let go of some of the perceptions, fears and wants/needs I've had for a while.
I’m finding the more I confront my fears and do the opposite of what they are warning against, the more my consciousness understands that these things are a programmed mirage. Some of them at least.
The demons will always be there, I choose to make friends with them. Cheers bitches!!!
Surrender to what is, Let go of what was and have faith in what will be.
Forgiving someone doesn’t mean condoning their behavior. It doesn’t mean forgetting how they hurt you or giving that person room to hurt you again. Forgiving someone means making peace with what happened. It means acknowledging your wounds, giving yourself permission to feel the pain and recognizing why that pain no longer serves you. It means letting go of the hurt and resentment so that you can heal and move on.
Remember that life has an expiration date, which should push you to live the fullest every day. And it should be an even greater reminder to love deeply and always, always forgive. Especially yourself. That's easier said than done. Trust me.
Wow this was emotionally cathartic.
I love blogging.
