Girly girl day

Yesterday I had a girl day with my amazing friend Falida. It's her day off and we decided to do girl stuff. So we got a detox brunch ( due to a couple of days on the piss ) manicures, a massage, haircut and finished the day off with dinner at a basic Thai place. They had live music too. He was sooo stereotypical Thai we pissed ourselves laughing. I'm

Talking about his English of course. He just made up words sometimes or sung they way he thought it would be pronaunced. Good effort so hats off to the guy.  

We stopped to get a funny painting of ourselves. And funny it was. He kept certain things real. Like my ink, hair boobs and personality. He captured my silly side so good. 10 min it took. The guy is amazing. He sits on the soi that leads to the kee from beach road. Go and see him if you're in patong. 

We had to speak Thai with him and the guy and his friend got all happy. Ended up asking us out to dinner and drinks. We said no thank you. 

Went home early-ish well 11pm is early for me and spent the rest of the night and morning chatting to the convict. I am pretty knackered today to be completely honest. Well I guess pool time will make up for it. 

Countdown has begun. In less than 24 hours convict is arriving. 

Ok so how about if I get my bum outta bed to get brunch. Yeah good idea!!

Random night

Laying in bed butt naked ( yes it's hot and humid in this country ) talking to convict. It's kind of late around 11pm I think. I was in chill mode when out of the blue Falida msged me over and over to get my bum down to the Mexican. Oliver was there and they had wine. So I decided to do that. Haven't seen Oliver in a while so why not. 

Came down and instantly got wine in my hand. We chatted about work and businesses. Oliver figures I'd be great as a consultant due to my -and I quote- ' stunning looks and energy. It attracts people and you are friendly and outgoing' 

Why thank you very much!! :) what a lovely compliment. 

I'd love to come back here to work. Honest to universe I do. But things are a bit different now. In a few days I'll be seeing convict and that is a priority. 

Life doesn’t stay the same; change is inevitable. Fear of the unknown can paralyze us to never take action, to never live the best life we can have. Know that you have the strength to deal with whatever will happen. I've been so strong  the past year but also at my weakest. My monster is still lurking under My bed but Im friends with it most of the time. 

The greatest weapon anyone can use against us is our own mind...by preying on the doubts and uncertainties that already lurk there. Are we true to ourselves, or do we live for the expectations of others? And if we are open and honest...can we ever truly be loved? Can we find the courage to release our deepest secrets? Or, in the end, are we all unknowable? Even to ourselves?

Gosh....rambling Tuesday!! 

Anyways, we went to Suzy Wong's and it was an experiance. We got a girl to give Oliver a lap dance. He changed his name to simon from Israel. Hilarious. After a beer we went to the Russian strippers club. Way better but also way ruder. We had a bottle of champagne there and had a good time. I got a bum up in my faces and a pair of boobs. Just like that. Them she asked to get tipped. I never fucken asked her to park her ass close to my face. Oliver pissed himself laughing and he gave the stupid large bummed stripper money. Glad you're enjoy in the night Oliver!! :) 

Then we went to some other places. Ending up at seduction. With a bottle of grey goose. 

Falida got absolutely wankered so to make a very long story short we fell out and she went home. 

It's all good Falida called next arvo apologizing. So we are all good again. 

Hung over meds. Lol 

This remedies most things 

Lazy sunday.

Sitting at my friend Daniel's place, just had a beautiful burrito. If you like Mexican food you really should come by his place. It's called "the Mexican" and is located at soi Absolute. Just next to gg's. It's well worth coming down for. 

Keeping my sweet Falida company. Or that was my intention. She just got busy with guests that rocked up. So I might as well blog :) 

I get stressed seeing her run around. I helped her a bit and so did Mathilda. But I will sitt my bum down cuz I don't want to get busted if the police rocks up. Stupid rules. 

So I'm sitting here chatting with the convict. It's really humid I feel yucky. We are talking about life and positive thinking amongst other things. 

When something bad happens you have three choices. You can let it define you, let it destroy you, or you can let it strengthen you.

I took a walk around patong today. It looks so different on the beach now when the sun beds are gone. It's dirty as still. One would think that they'd make an effort to clean it up a bit. But noooo..

That's too much of a hassle. I don't like patong beach. I love bangla but not the beach. 

Catching up..

It's been a couple of hectic days. I haven't slept that much and i know i need too. But Im only here for a short time so making the most of it. 

Been seeing friends and having drinks. 

Yesterday was my friend Max' birthday. I haven't seen him in 18 months or so. He is here funnily enough same time as me. It was good to see him. We went out for drinks and danced. But first I kept Falida company at work. The weather is not great atm. Been raining heaps. But I'm not here for touristy things. I'm not fussed. I've done my lashes. That's about it. And I've seen a shoe shop that made me have a visual orgasm. Kinda like them shoes I got for my birthday last year. (If you remember them) but they're expensive so I just dream and fantasize about them. 

I got some very sad news this morning. My friend is in a Thai prison. He's looking at two yrs. I'm not gonna get into what he's done here but I am going to visit him asap. 

But I'll stay positive, he needs that from me. And I need it for me. Negative thoughts drain you of energy and keep you from being in the present moment. The more you give in to your negative thoughts, the stronger they become.
