Hornbag....

WHETHER WE’RE AWARE of it or not, we human beings communicate 24 hours a day. Even in dreams we communicate. Even when we don’t say anything we communicate. Our relationships are built or destroyed by communication – and there’s virtually nothing else involved in a personal relationship except one form of communication or another.

To tell a lie weakens the already weak esteem of the lie- teller. The person to whom the lie is told, whether that person finds out the truth or not, feels the lie’s effects. Why? Because lies are negative communications. They take away what is attempting to be built. The only true foundation a relationship can be built on is trust. So many relationships are falling apart because trust – if it was ever there – is being eroded. One more lie; one more time bomb.
Lies are like time bombs waiting to be found and explode.  A lie is a lie, whether it’s a little white one or not! Relationships based on lies are eventually destroyed by lies.

Ok enough rambeling. I wanna tell you what I have been upto lately.

So yesterday was ANZAC day. Previews post will explain to you what that is.
And as you know I have been feeling very unwell since Monday. But thanks to some very good friends I am starting to feel better.

Went to Laem Singh at noon. Had my beach walk and a swim. Sooo nice. Went and picked up the Kiwi who drinks beer like no other girl I've met. Holy shit!! Sammy you made my top 6 of  awesome!!
Hit the market and got food for the BBQ later. And got some new sunnies too.

Came back here and some friends of mine rocked up for wine and catch up. There is an alcohol ban in Patong this weekend due to elections. But in Kamala..it's business as usual.

Rach, Luke, me, Nick, Falida and Teddy

Sat at the house for a couple of hours then we went to Nick's bar. Another Round.
Sammy had left earlier than she said so only Luke and Nick and some other Aussies were at the bar.
Had some BBQ chicken and sallad. So nice. More and more of my mates rocked up and by midnight we had ourselves a kick ass party. This awesomely weird aussie bloke shows up and just blew me away. The very essence of a typical Aussie he was. The way he spoke and his manners. Oh my damn!! Haven't laughed so hard in a while. HORNBAG CHICK!!! Hahahahaha.....
By 3am most people had left. Nick, Luke and I went back home and we sat up drinking JD and coke and chatted and stuff til 6.30am. Had a great time.

Tomorrow I'm off to Koh Phiphi for some let loose time. And after this fucken week I promise you no one deserves to let loose more than me. Phiphi Don brace yourself this Swede is going all in!!!

ANZAC DAY

Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand that broadly commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders "who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations" and "the contribution and suffering of all those who have served. Originally 25 April every year was to honor the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at Gallipoint in the Ottoman Empire during World War I. Anzac Day is also observed in the Cook Islands, Niue, Pitcairn Islands, and Tonga.

And it's honored this year too. Tonight we will meet up at Nick's bar and have some drinks with other Aussies and Kiwis. I feel a little bit better now. Got some stuff of my chest yesterday and got some questions answered. Far from fine tho.

Going to Laem Singh today with Rachel. Relax and have a swim.

What goes around...

I've been unwell for the past days. Since I got the shocking news that changed my preception and also made me fall apart. I haven't been treating my body as a temple. And now it's come back to bite me in the ass. Well that and all the stress that has been put on me the last few days...no months. I will blogg about that. Just not now. But I promise I will......

I made a promise once to forgive. I kept that promise untill now. When deception cuts this deep, someone has to pay. They say that vengance and karma is a dish best served cold, but sometimes it's as warm as a cup of cocoa.

In life, we are taught that there are seven deadly sins. We all know the big ones: gluttony, pride, lust but the sin you don’t here much about is anger. Maybe we think it’s because we think anger’s not that dangerous. That we can control it. My point is maybe we don’t give anger enough credit. Maybe it can be a lot more dangerous than we think. After all, when it comes to destructive behavior, it did make the top seven.
So what makes anger different from the other six deadly sins? It’s pretty simple really. You get into a sin like envy or pride and you only hurt yourself. Try lust or coveting and you’ll only hurt yourself and probably a few others but anger, anger is the worst. The mother of all sins. Not only can anger drive you over the edge, when it does you can take an awful lot of people with you. Which is the plan....
Ok, so sometimes even though the best of us make rash decisions, bad decisions, decisions we pretty much know we’ll regret the moment, the minute, especially the morning after. I mean maybe not regret, regret because at least we know we put ourselves out there. Still something inside us decides to do a crazy thing, a thing we know will probably turn around and bite us in the ass. Yep, we do it anyway. What I’m saying is, we reap what we sow. What comes around goes around. It’s karma and any way you slice it, karma sucks.
Like i was saying pay back’s a bitch.

I will attempt to leave my house in a minute and go to the beach. I need some sunrays and I need a mangoshake.

Get stuffed

Two wrongs can never make a right… …because two wrongs can never equal each other. For the truly wronged, real satisfaction can only be found in one of two places..absolute forgiveness or seeing it for what it is. This is not a post about forgiveness.

.Love built on lies is an arduous endeavour, for whenever passion and treachery meet, dissolution begins. Still, we fight to hold our ground on the emptiness, ignoring the fact that every relationship, even the ones we cherish, inevitably dies.
Sociopaths are a threat to your emotions, your mental health, your finances and even your life.
Why does this happen? Because people don’t realize sociopaths exist—and how destructive they are. I didnt realize. Even when it was right infront of me. Maybe i didnt want to see?? Too much has happened in the past year. Things I thought was real and were real. Maybe she doesnt want to see. Thats her problem now...the sociopath typically emotionally destroys those who are close to him, but the sociopath destroys them in a way consistent with their unique approach to others.
In relationships, sociopaths are the epitome of Machiavellian creatures. They are duplicity incarnate, with a polished self shown to the world and a hidden self that has a rigid and calculating agenda: assume the highest level of the social hierarchy and win, win, win. It is often the kindest and most trusting individuals who suffer the most at the hands of sociopaths, and the healing process for these individuals continues long after the relationship has ended. Those in the wake of the sociopath are often left wondering, What happened to me? Why does this one individual have such a powerful effect on me?
Sociopathy is a personality disorder that manifests itself in such traits as dishonesty, charm,
manipulation, narcissism, and a lack of both remorse and impulse control.
I have unwittingly given my heart to a sociopath who has stripped me of my dignity, strength and money. Sociopaths have a lack of conscience and may also have a history of impulsive behaviour.
But because they’re intelligent, entertaining and charming, they blend into society. The truth is it’s just an act. Falling in love with one will break your heart.

They say grief occurs in five stages. First, there’s denial, followed by anger. Then comes bargaining, and depression. For most, the final stage of grief is acceptance. But for me, grief is a life sentence without clemency. I will never accept and I will never forgive.

Thank you babe for what you did. God im happy you're back here.
