A new year....

I had THE best start of the new year. My kids arrived. YEEEYY!!

But I´m gonna get to that later. First I want to go back to new years eve.

Went to Patong to do last minute food shopping so the fridge is full when the kids get here.
They were throwing a huge new years party in patong beach. Building a huge stage out the ocean. A good line up of artists too. 2500 baht/ticket. Expensive!!

I spent my new years how ever with my friends in Kamala. Went to Tina and G-star´s house for dinner. Not your typical fancy new years dinner but it was great anyway. I really like these people and I´m blessed to have them in my life.

Went to the beach around 23.00. Sat on the beach, had a drink and looked at people and the lanterns going up. I meet my Swedish friends and got handed a glas of wine a little before midnight. So I stayed with them and rung in the new year with Ann, Marcus, Maria, Rade and the other Swedish crew.

Then we went to Elvis bar. I got a bit tipsy and that was not the plan. Anyway moved on from Elvis to Papa´s. Had a really good time. Looked at the time and realized it was waaaay past the time I had set for myself to go home. My kids were coming new years day so I kinda wanted to be fresh.

Thank you so much for a great New years eve. You helped me have a good time. My very first new years on my own. I will never forget it. And thanks Nick, you bogan, for your drunken lovely texts. :) :)

Moving on to the best...


Around lunch time my X called me and said he was in Kamala. I ran out to meet them by main road. The kids jumped out of the car and we huged and kissed. It was awesome!! Can not describe the feeling.

We went home and the kids were super excited. Then they saw smelly cat. They loved her. ( Who doesn´t )
The first request was to go to sunwing. So we did.

We have just enjoyed each others company since they came. I can´t really write everything.

Yesterday we went to the beach and swam and played. Later at night we went into patong. My girls wanted to meet my kids and my patong friends too.

The kids LOVED Bangla. And my bar. And my girls took such good care of them. Played games and gave them fruit and drinks. Razmus especially enjoyed it ( he is so much like me and Luqas is like his dad ). He wants to go back today. :)

Had breakfast at Oh lala this morning. With Angelo. Luqas has missed him so much and Angelo has missed Luqas. They are such good friends. Makes me happy to see them interact and play. Razmus wants to play with Alicia but she was sleeping at the time we had breeky.

Anyway....hope you had a fantastic start of the new year. 

This year can only get better since 2012 was the shittiest year in a long time.

Just a coulpe of more days then my boys will get here. I´m so excited! Need to decontaminate the house tomorrow. I heard that someone said that Phuket was the wasteland of Thailand, but that person obviously haven´t been to my house. It´s smelly cat´s fault :) lol.

I really want to go to Central as well. Just to stock up. Have driven my bike there with the kids before and it was a bit scary. Don´t wanna do it again.

Yesterdays shopping was nice. Really really hot and humid so I was sweating gallons. Got 2 blacks tops. Super cute. Of course they have bling on. :) Wanted to buy T-shirts for the boys but the sizes were to weird. So I guess I´ll take them shopping next week. I can´t believe that they are here soon. :)

Took Rachel to my favorite restaurant "Papa´s". She loved it. Went back to my house and had a drink and got ready. Make up, hair...the works.

Took her to SC but it was shitty as. Thought it would be loads of people since it was pool comp but it was football on the tv´s and just a few that played pool. At least she got to meet Rose. :)

Stoped a tuk tuk on main road cause the guys at the station are assholes. So rude. 300 baht tops!

When we got to Kalim it started to rain. And it was pissing downn rain in Patong. So took shelter at the nearest bar and had a glas of wine. Got to Rumpan and they had re-painted it. Blue and yellow. Way better than before. I don´t love the big swedish flag on the wall. I wanted something different. But hey...I´m not the owner. I just work there.

Micke and Emil are now part owners and buddha help me.

Anyway, had a good night. The Aussies rocked up and they left pretty quick. Not as good turn out as the night before. But Rachel and I danced in the bar and had fun anyway.

Last night was my last work night for a while. I am going to enjoy the time off. It has been too many late nights and I have been workin 7 days a week. Gotta let it go.


Woke up to rain. My bike is by Elvis bar. Damn!! So it´s gonna be a movie and take out day today. Me and smelly cat. And my bed and doona. GREAT.
