As always I have a great time at my mates'. We had a BBQ eventhough it's still chilly outside.
And as usual we had wine. Not the kids. They had fizzy water and sprite.

It saddens me a bit that the Saturday sauna/picking on artists era is over.
Sure, I can go to their house anyway but it's not quite the same.
We can switch it to BBQ Saturday's.
The weather is getting better by the day. Lighter and warmer. So BBQ sounds great :)
The morning after is never fun. And with kids that goes up early and parents that have been up most of the night chatting and wineing it's a royal pain in the ass. But as the viking parents we are we took the kids to the indoor swimming pools. Like water world.
WOW!! I'm impressed with myself. A million kids and me.
But it did wake me up.
Just found out yesterday that Jocke is going to Thailand in April ( and over Songkran) to "work".

I absolutely love Songkran and it kinda kills me that I can't go this year.
First year I've missed since I moved there 2011.

But I'll go next year. The Australia trip took a big chunk out of my saved money.
And with zero work in 4 months with big bills it's pretty much impossible to go to Phuket.

I'm trying to save up to go for my birthday in July. I think I can make that work.
Just went through an old photo album on Facebook. My goodness. What incredible things I've experienced and what fantastic people I've gotten to know.
And not so fantastic people to be honest.
Many come to Thailand to reinvent themselves and they lie and cheat.
Ruining other peoples lives means nothing to them. Apparently.
Or making an ass of themselves either. Cuz they don't get very liked. That's for sure.
