Saturday thoughts

It is believed that original sin can only be cleansed by the waters of baptism. But it is the sins that follow that are not so easily washed away. Pure evil can never be erased.

Fear it's a fire that burns even in the coldest heart. 

It motivates and paralyzes the best of us. Or is used as a weapon by the worst. 

But when your path is one of treachery and deception the greatest fear of all is that the truth is absolute. 

Fear is the most primal of emotions. It can linger as a memory burned in ones mind of a parent taken too soon. 

Or buried in ones soul as self doubt over the loss of a child or rejection. 

But the one thing we all fear the most is the unknown.

 

Insomnia

Some believe confession helps a guilty soul find peace. Releasing us from the shame and regret of our mistakes. And the face of mortality many feel the need to seek disclosure to make things right.

Because if death doesn't kill us....our demons will. 

A guilty heart is silent, it's pulse poisoned by the secrets it keeps.

While you lot are going to enjoy Halloween, I will be busting my ass all day moving. And getting everything into place. Which can take a couple of days.

I got some stuff moved today. Thank you Tony. You are a gem...a knight in shining armor.

The rest is going down tomoz. It's gonna be heavy and annoying.
But well worth it. My own stuff. Finally. Life back to normal.

Anyway...Halloween.

Every year I have had a Halloween party and got all dressed up.
This year I wont be able to for obvious reasons. However I am attending a party next weekend, a huge one with a Halloween freak theme. So I'm not too upset about missing it.

For your convenience I am posting some previous Halloween photos to inspire you maybe how to dress up. This is hands down THE favorite holiday of the year.
 I hope you enjoy it and make the most of it. Dress up and be scary.

Storm

Ok so apparently there is a storm coming later today. A big one. Every newspaper and news channel is talking about it and we are advised to stay indoors.
Don't mind if I do.

Slept really bad last night. Had weird dreams and just tossed and turned. So I got up at 6 am and chatted to a friend of mine in Oz. The time difference now is about 8-9 hours. And 6 to Thailand.

So sitting here all cozied up with a blanket I'm going through photos and really missing my friends and the nice not stormy weather ( yes, I know it´s pissing down atm in Phuket ) but still.....

I will share some photos with you...and no I'm not drinking in every crazy social pic. I'm working.
